Best for everything that isn't covered by the more specific addresses below. We read every message; replies usually go out within a few business days.
Privacy — GDPR / CCPA / CPRA / LGPD requests
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection requests. See the Privacy Policy for what we actually hold — most requests receive a "no data held" response, which we return in writing. We respond within 30 days.
Copyright — DMCA notices and counter-notices
Use this address only for copyright complaints that follow the procedure on the DMCA Policy page. Notices missing the required elements will be returned unactioned.
Legal — non-copyright legal correspondence
Trademark concerns, defamation claims, data protection authority enquiries, law enforcement requests, and anything else that belongs on a legal desk.
Backup — general fallback
Monitored as a spare for when the other addresses get filtered. Prefer the specific ones above when your request fits one of them — it reaches us faster.
What to include for faster replies
- Bug reports:the Instagram URL pattern (not the exact URL if it's someone else's private-ish public account), the browser and OS you're on, and the error message or the step that failed.
- Privacy requests: the specific right you are exercising, and if applicable the approximate timeframe of your visits so we can check whether any short-lived log happens to still exist.
- DMCA: all of the fields listed on the DMCA Policy page — missing fields will bounce.
What we don't do
We cannot access or recover content from private Instagram accounts, restore deleted posts, bypass Instagram's rate limits, or provide support for third-party downloaders. We also do not offer paid removal of your own content from Instagram — that is done in the Instagram app or Instagram Help Center.
